Shipping Terms
All of our orders are shipped through carriers, and we require preparation time in addition to shipping time.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time = Preparation Time + Shipping Time
- Inventory Preparation Time: 3 business days
- Shipping Time: 1-9 business days
Shipping Methods
Shipping Fees and Carriers:
- Shipping Fee: $79
- Carriers: EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS
Free Shipping Conditions: Free shipping is available if the order total reaches or exceeds $299. Prices include taxes.
For order amounts between US$0.01 and US$1.00, no shipping is available and delivery is not possible.

Processing Details

Order Processing: Orders will be confirmed within 12 hours of receipt.

If you need to change your order details, please inform us via email within 12 hours after purchase. If no changes are made, the order will be processed as originally submitted.
Estimated Delivery Time
Currently, the expected time from purchase to receipt is 4-12 business days.
Please note that during holidays or peak order volumes, preparation time may be extended.
Rush Orders
For rush orders, the package will arrive 4-6 days earlier than the standard delivery time.

Shipping Issues
